WATCH: Trailer for Celine Dion’s Documentary
Our first look at the new documentary film about superstar Celine Dion is here!
“I Am: Celine Dion” follows the singer’s battle with stiff-person syndrome, a neurological disease she was diagnosed with two years ago.
The disease is quite rare, and causes rigidity, spasms, and stiffness of certain areas of the body.
Dion was forced to postpone and later cancel her 2023 tour in order to focus on her health.
In the documentary, Dion said, “It’s not hard to do a show, you know. It’s hard to cancel a show.”
The trailer gives us a glimpse at her fighting spirit. “I’m working hard every day, but I have to admit: it’s been a struggle. I miss it so much. The people, I miss them. If I can’t run, I’ll walk. If I can’t walk, I’ll crawl. And I won’t stop. I won’t stop.”
Dion is a Grammy Award-winning singer who brought us hits like “The Power of Love,” “It’s All Coming Back to Me Now,” and the love theme from “Titanic,” “My Heart Will Go On.”
Check out the trailer and then watch for “I Am: Celine Dion” to stream on Prime Video starting June 25.
