You’ve probably heard, we’ll be celebrating with a 4th of July YACHT ROCK weekend on Throwback Nation Radio; those super smooth songs that were all over the radio in the late ’70s and early ’80s from artists like Michael McDonald, Christopher Cross, and Steely Dan.
What you might not know, is that this silky smooth, saxophone-laden vibe was partially resurrected by a cult web TV show, “Yacht Rock,” that debuted in 2005.
