42 Years of Bon Jovi

The rock band Bon Jovi is celebrating its birthday today!

The group formed 42 years ago today in 1983. Their first song was “Runaway,” and the band was off and running!

They’ve brought us hits like “You Give Love a Bad Name,” “Livin’ on a Prayer,” and “I’ll Be There For You.”

The band is still rocking today – with Jon Bon Jovi, keyboardist David Bryan, drummer Tico Torres, guitarists John Shanks and Phil X, percussionist Everett Bradley, and bassist Hugh McDonald.
