The 1980s, perhaps over any other decade, are known for their great soundtracks that fit the mold of our movies JUST PERFECTLY.  From “The Breakfast Club” to “Ghostbusters” and everywhere in between, the songs we loved just FIT the movies perfectly.  But not ALL those amazing movie songs took home the biggest honor of them all: an Academy Award.
